Global Collaboration • Alliances • Member Bodies

Building Responsible Global Partnerships.

SovereignAqua is a U.S.-founded research and development foundation established by Kevin M. Gann, with a global mission and international scope. We develop research, humanitarian, technical, educational and community-development relationships across jurisdictions, with current activities and developing relationships in African states and other regions. Each relationship moves through inquiry, due diligence, defined roles, documentation and authorization before it is represented publicly as established.

Partnership-status rule: A prospective partner, foreign alliance, funder, government body, university, NGO or member organization is not represented as confirmed merely because contact or discussions have occurred. Public recognition should follow appropriate documentary evidence and authorization.
Alliance Architecture

Distinct roles, documented relationships

The partnership model separates the Foundation's programme role from proposed operational implementation, local participation and external collaboration.

Foundation platform

  • Research, humanitarian and community-development programme leadership.
  • Funding applications, programme governance and evidence-based reporting.
  • Selection and documentation of qualified implementation relationships.

Operational implementation network

  • SovereignAqua Imperium-Harbour PMA — proposed foreign/offshore operational implementation body, subject to applicable law and funding conditions.
  • Member bodies — proposed participating organizations or community structures with separately defined mandates.
  • Local and regional partners — field implementation, technical support, research, training or community engagement according to written roles.
