Entity Register
Master working register for every entity proposed or used within the SovereignAqua architecture. The register separates architectural intent from verified legal existence, ownership, control, tax classification and authority.
Evidence gate: An entity is not marked VERIFIED because it appears in an organizational chart. Verification requires the applicable formation/registration record, governing instrument and authority evidence. Proposed entities remain proposed until documentary evidence is supplied.

Control & Authority
Operating agreement, bylaws, trustee appointment, board resolution, membership record or other evidence establishing who may act.
Tax & Accounting
Applicable tax classification, EIN/registration where applicable, bank/accounting profile and treatment of inter-entity transactions.
Related-organization control: For a U.S. Form 990 filer, the actual relationship and control facts determine whether an organization is a related organization for Schedule R purposes. The IRS identifies parent, subsidiary, brother/sister and supporting/supported relationships and requires specific information for applicable related organizations and transactions.
